PerfectUCC (“PerfectUCC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a service that monitors public UCC filing records and alerts you to activity affecting the companies you track. Information we collect
- —Account information. Your name, email address, organization, and authentication details, managed through our authentication provider.
- —Billing information. Payment card and billing details, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- —Monitoring data. The companies and borrowers you choose to track, your watch settings, and the alerts we generate for you.
- —Usage data. Log data, device and browser information, and product analytics that help us operate and improve the Services.
- —Public records. UCC filings and related records sourced from government databases. These are public records, not information you provide to us.
How we use information
- —Provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including delivering filing alerts.
- —Process payments and manage your subscription.
- —Communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates.
- —Monitor for fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Use.

We do not sell your personal information. Public UCC records we index are retained as part of our ongoing monitoring dataset.

You may access and update your account information at any time through your dashboard.
