• —Billing information. Payment card and billing details, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• —Monitoring data. The companies and borrowers you choose to track, your watch settings, and the alerts we generate for you.
• —Usage data. Log data, device and browser information, and product analytics that help us operate and improve the Services.
• —Public records. UCC filings and related records sourced from government databases. These are public records, not information you provide to us.

How we use information

• —Provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including delivering filing alerts.
• —Process payments and manage your subscription.
